We will do an consultation based on your current lifestyle, and areas of concern followed by recommendations. We offer holistic solutions such as teas, tinctures, and other natural alternatives. In our one-on-one consultations, tailored to your specific needs; we target your concerns and work with you to develop a holistic solution to optimum well-being. Our 30-minute consultation in which we discuss and suggest herbs that support your current needs. 

Our 60-minute (1-hour) Herbal in-depth consultation. The role of the herbalist is to consider the client as a whole person and to consult with the client concerning changes in lifestyle, diet, and supplementation of herbs, vitamins, and minerals. After you have scheduled your consult you will receive an intake form via email within 24 hours. Please fill out the form in its entirety and allow 2-3 days for me to comb through your intake form.  During our consult, we will discuss a regimen of things to remove and/or incorporate into your diet to assist in bringing things back to harmony and balance. *FOR AN ADDITIONAL COST* A herbal protocol (herbal tinctures, glycerin, capsules, teas, etc) will be made available.
